Joe Newman

Joe has years of public policy, technology, and advocacy experience in New York and Washington, DC. As a Senior Aide to Congressman Adriano Espaillat, Joe managed significant policy efforts related to transportation and infrastructure, immigration, appropriations, trade, foreign affairs, and defense. Joe also contributed to the Congressman's communications and political strategy in both New York and DC, and helped lead the member's successful efforts in the House of Representatives to join the exclusive Appropriations Committee in the 117th Session of Congress and Transportation and Infrastructure Committee in the 116th Session. Prior to joining the Congressman's office, Joe served on the federal government team of Qualtrics (NASDAQ: XM), a global leader in customer experience software that was purchased by SAP in 2018.

Joe is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Utah and a master's degree from George Washington University.
