Bernadette DeVito

 

Bernadette DeVito is a Senior Associate at Constantinople & Vallone, specializing in government relations with a focus on strategic legislative, regulatory, and budget advocacy. With a rich background in lobbying, she has adeptly represented Fortune 50 companies, associations, and nonprofits, exercising a nuanced understanding of both policy and politics. 

Bernadette’s work has spanned from political consulting, labor advocacy, and serving as Deputy Editor-In-Chief of a New York City newspaper, providing her a multifaceted perspective across disciplines. Her expertise in the New York legislative process was honed during her tenure at the State Senate. 

She has effectively navigated a spectrum of issues ranging from technology, employment, and healthcare policy to consumer affairs and mergers & acquisitions, influencing policy decisions at the highest levels of government.

Initially working in social services, Bernadette transitioned to public policy driven by her commitment to address the social determinants of health. She holds an M.S. in Urban Public Policy and a B.A. in Psychology from The New School.
