Carol Swift is a graduate of City College of New York. Carol brings with her an extensive knowledge of office administration, human resource management, and government relations. An integral part of the C&V team, Carol is responsible for preparing city, state, and federal lobbying reports, assisting with fundraising, financial management, and general office management. Prior to joining the C&V team Carol spent nine years as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President at the Dryfoos Group. While there, she worked closely with the Vice President to determine the company’s priorities and make project plans in addition to drafting policy and strategy recommendations for the Vice President. Carol has worked in human resources and benefits administration at VIP Community Services. She was responsible for staff recruitment, benefits administration and education, and developing promotional information for Human Resources functions. Carol also spent many years as the Assistant Executive Director of the Knitted Textile Association.
